Caroline completed her undergraduate education at Rutgers University and holds a master’s degree in counseling from Monmouth University. She is currently licensed as an associate counselor in the state of New Jersey.

Caroline has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults facing various mental health challenges. Her clinical expertise includes addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and family conflicts. Caroline’s therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from multiple theoretical orientations to meet the unique needs of each client.

Caroline is an active member of ACA (American Counseling Association) and has received specialized training in trauma-informed care and mindfulness-based interventions. Her approach is holistic, considering the social, emotional, and psychological aspects of well-being.
