Adult Mindfulness Group
The Mindfulness Group has been designed to provide a therapeutic space for adults to learn various skills to enhance overall wellness. Learn natural ways to reduce stress and improve your mental, physical, and spiritual health!!
Mindfulness activities that will help you to stay in the present moment include Creative Writing, Art Therapy, Guided Imagery & Light Yoga.
This group will be every other Tuesday from
5:30pm – 6:30pm.
Comfortable Clothing is a must!
