Fallon graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Practice with Children and Families. Throughout her studies she focused on the impact and effects of trauma on individuals and families, advocacy, policy reform, and community development. Fallon has had post-graduate experience working in non-profit and private practice settings.

Fallon has been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with mental health, behavioral, substance abuse, and developmental needs since 2013. She has facilitated a Girl’s Empowerment Group focusing on self-esteem and self-worth for pre-teen and teenage girls. She is an active advocate for mental health and behavioral health services.

Fallon is a seasoned clinician and draws from diverse theoretical orientations in her clinical work, such as, CBT, sand play therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths-based and person-centered approaches. She is empathic, compassionate, and professional. She respects the therapeutic boundaries between therapist and client. Fallon incorporates mindfulness and grounding techniques to help improve symptoms of anxiety and depression.
