Kendra completed her undergraduate education at Monmouth University and attained a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She went on to continue her education at Monmouth University’s Graduate School of Social Work where she attained her MSW, graduating at the top of her class.

Kendra has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings using various theoretical models and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness, to fit each individual client’s needs. She is experienced working with a broad range of presenting problems, including counseling and substance abuse assessments for individuals and their families, counseling for adults and children affected by trauma, as well as children, teens, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

Kendra’s goal when working with individuals is to create a supportive, safe, and open environment for individuals to share their experiences. Kendra is passionate about engaging individuals in a journey of self-acceptance and personal growth.
