SCHOOL BACKGROUND

Tiffany Palazzo earned her undergraduate degree from Ramapo College and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University. Her post-graduate training was completed at the High Focus Centers, where she received live-supervised training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), focusing on mindfulness.

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

Tiffany has extensive experience working with teens, adults, and families across various settings. Her approach is deeply rooted in a variety of theoretical models, tackling issues such as substance abuse, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, and challenges faced by the LGBTQ community and their families. She has also facilitated DBT-informed groups, covering core modules like mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation.

Outside of her professional life, Tiffany enjoys the outdoors, including walking, hiking, and immersing herself in nature. She practices yoga weekly, advocating for mindfulness as a transformative element of well-being.
