Catie completed her undergraduate education at Sacred Heart University and holds a master’s degree in social work from Montclair State University. She is currently licensed as a social worker in the state of New Jersey.

With a strong focus on mental health and behavioral disorders, Catie has extensive experience providing support to individuals across various age groups. She specializes in treating clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Catie’s clinical work is informed by a variety of theoretical orientations, enabling her to address a wide range of presenting problems.

Catie is an active member of NASW (National Association of Social Workers) and has undergone specialized training in private practice settings. Her approach is trauma-informed and incorporates techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy. Catie is dedicated to creating a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel heard and understood.
