School Background:

Erin completed her undergraduate education at Stockton University and holds her Master’s degree from Rutgers University in Social Work. She has trained and worked in a variety of clinical  environments including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization providing individual and group therapy to a diverse client population.

Professional Experience:

Erin has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families using various theoretical models and techniques. Erin utilizes a variety of theoretical modalities in her clinical work, but specializes in mindfulness-based practices and integrative therapies. She is experienced working with a broad range of presenting problems, including counseling and substance abuse assessments for individuals and their families; counseling for adults and children affected by domestic violence and/or trauma; women going through life transitions including postpartum; as well as children, teens, and adults struggling with depression and anxiety.

As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, Erin is well-versed in a wide range of somatic and mind-body techniques aimed at increasing self awareness and  decreasing anxiety and depression. She integrates principles of cognitive behavior therapy with various mindfulness techniques to bridge mind and body  awareness.
