Therapists and Counselors at Inner Clarity all incorporate the mind, body and spirit into their therapeutic practices.  Some people with a high severity of symptoms might opt for more traditional psychopharmacological medicine.  However; about half of all people diagnosed with anxiety or depression utilize holistic practices for their treatment.  It is important that you obtain feedback from a qualified therapist, or doctor to find out what types of therapy are best for you and the level of symptoms you are experiencing.
