Catie completed her undergraduate education at Sacred Heart University and holds a master’s degree in social work from Montclair State University. She is currently licensed as a social worker in the state of New Jersey.

Catie is an active member of NASW (National Association of Social Workers) and has undergone specialized training in private practice settings. Her approach is trauma-informed and incorporates techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy.
