Amanda Crowley completed her undergraduate studies at Rider University and earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgian Court University.
Amanda has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her therapeutic practice utilizes a variety of theoretical models and techniques, addressing a wide spectrum of issues. These include substance abuse assessments, counseling for domestic violence and trauma, support for single-parent and divorced families, and treatment for depression, anxiety, self-harm, PTSD, and panic disorder.
Amanda employs an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with various mindfulness and body-awareness techniques. This method is designed to enhance life satisfaction and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression by fostering a connection between mind and body.
