In addition she completed doctoral rotations through a Child/Adolescent Inpatient Unit and Adult Day Hospital settings where she completed neuropsychological evaluations for diagnostic clarification and writing integrated psychological reports as well as engaging in weekly group and individual therapy sessions.

Dr. Ayoub works best with adults who are seeking a supportive and safe space to navigate through life's challenges -- such as transitions and changes, grief and loss, relationship concerns, difficult emotions, and symptoms related to mood and anxiety. She finds it important to provide validation, empathy, and support while allowing each client to share at their own pace and comfort level. She believes it is essential to work collaboratively with each client and provide appropriate interventions that are tailored to the person’s unique needs. Throughout sessions, Dr. Ayoub encourages clients to work on challenging themselves through practicing self reflection, exploring effective coping strategies, and increasing personal self-growth.

Dr. Ayoub provides a warm and calm atmosphere to foster a safe, non-judgmental space for any client seeking treatment. She uses an integrative approach that draws from psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), supportive and strength-based techniques, and multiculturally informed care. Dr. Ayoub also provides comprehensive psychological evaluations including assessments for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, mood and personality functioning, and cognitive abilities.

What Clients Are Saying

Working with Robyn during my first KAP journey was something I’ll never forget. From the moment we began, I felt genuinely held—seen, accepted, and safe to just be myself. She didn’t try to fix or analyze; instead, she created a space where I could soften, feel, and explore without fear. Her grounded presence made it possible for me to let go of old defenses and meet myself with more honesty and compassion.

There was no pressure to be anything other than what I was in each moment. She created a holding environment that was steady, compassionate, and deeply attuned.

I’m grateful beyond words for the care, intuition, and integrity she brought to the process. Her support helped me remember that I can trust myself—and that I don’t have to do it all alone.

Forever grateful,

E H
