Clinical Experience
Jackie Robinson is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) who provides therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. She sees clients in-office in Hazlet (Village Court and/or Bethany Commons) and via telehealth. Jackie works with a wide range of ages—including children, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults—with a particular preference for working with children (6–13) and young adults (18–35).
Jackie has a strong interest in helping children make sense of their emotions and behaviors, with a focus on understanding the feelings and unmet needs underneath what shows up on the surface. She commonly supports clients and families navigating anxiety (including social anxiety), mood-related concerns, behavioral disorders in children, stress management, self-esteem, and life transitions. Her work may also include concerns such as ADHD, depression, OCD/panic symptoms, grief/loss, trauma/PTSD, relationship and communication issues, identity development in teens, and related challenges.
Jackie utilizes an integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Play Therapy.

Working with Robyn during my first KAP journey was something I’ll never forget. From the moment we began, I felt genuinely held—seen, accepted, and safe to just be myself. She didn’t try to fix or analyze; instead, she created a space where I could soften, feel, and explore without fear. Her grounded presence made it possible for me to let go of old defenses and meet myself with more honesty and compassion.
There was no pressure to be anything other than what I was in each moment. She created a holding environment that was steady, compassionate, and deeply attuned.
I’m grateful beyond words for the care, intuition, and integrity she brought to the process. Her support helped me remember that I can trust myself—and that I don’t have to do it all alone.
Forever grateful,
E H
