Clinical Experience

Jordan has experience providing individual and group therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults, as well as collaborating with families to support clients' care. She has worked with clients addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem, identity development, relationship and family stress, and significant life transitions.

Additionally, Jordan has developed and facilitated therapeutic groups, psychoeducational workshops, and creative interventions focused on identity, personal growth, emotional well-being, and connection.

Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, identity development, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, and mental health issues among teens and young adults.

Jordan has training in trauma-informed care and Psychological First Aid. She incorporates mindfulness, DBT-informed skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strengths-based interventions, and concepts from Internal Family Systems into her practice. She is particularly interested in helping clients understand the underlying patterns behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also developing practical skills they can apply outside of therapy.

Therapeutic Approach

Jordan’s style is warm, authentic, collaborative, and straightforward. She believes clients should feel understood rather than analyzed or judged. Her sessions combine meaningful conversation and deeper reflection with practical strategies that clients can implement in their daily lives.

Jordan tailors her approach to each individual rather than expecting every client to respond the same way. She may incorporate creative exercises, mindfulness techniques, humor, coping skills, and exploration of past experiences based on the client’s needs. She is also comfortable gently challenging patterns while respecting each client’s pace, choices, and autonomy.

What Clients Are Saying

Working with Robyn during my first KAP journey was something I’ll never forget. From the moment we began, I felt genuinely held—seen, accepted, and safe to just be myself. She didn’t try to fix or analyze; instead, she created a space where I could soften, feel, and explore without fear. Her grounded presence made it possible for me to let go of old defenses and meet myself with more honesty and compassion.

There was no pressure to be anything other than what I was in each moment. She created a holding environment that was steady, compassionate, and deeply attuned.

I’m grateful beyond words for the care, intuition, and integrity she brought to the process. Her support helped me remember that I can trust myself—and that I don’t have to do it all alone.

Forever grateful,

E H
