Hi! I am a Licensed Social Worker and proud Bordentown resident, originally from Brooklyn, New York. I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s changes, heal from past experiences, and grow into the best version of themselves.
In my work, I focus on creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuine, a space where you can exhale and just be you. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, all while keeping my work trauma-informed and person-centered. That means we’ll work together to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and build tools that fit your life.
I love supporting women, parents, and young adults who are managing self-doubt, burnout, or simply trying to find balance while showing up for everyone else. As a mom and a helper at heart, I know firsthand how hard it can be to pour from an empty cup, and how powerful it is to finally pour into yourself.
Therapy with me is about progress, not perfection. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.

Working with Robyn during my first KAP journey was something I’ll never forget. From the moment we began, I felt genuinely held—seen, accepted, and safe to just be myself. She didn’t try to fix or analyze; instead, she created a space where I could soften, feel, and explore without fear. Her grounded presence made it possible for me to let go of old defenses and meet myself with more honesty and compassion.
There was no pressure to be anything other than what I was in each moment. She created a holding environment that was steady, compassionate, and deeply attuned.
I’m grateful beyond words for the care, intuition, and integrity she brought to the process. Her support helped me remember that I can trust myself—and that I don’t have to do it all alone.
Forever grateful,
E H
