Asking for help is not always easy but you have taken the first step to getting support. It takes a lot of courage and bravery to reach out and embark on a journey of change.
Through this process, I use a person-centered approach and strengths-based approach when collaborating with clients for them to achieve their goals and feel like they are heard and valued. I always want to create a safe environment for my clients, where they feel like their stories can be told without any judgement and feel like they are able to feel empowered.
I have worked in the field of mental health since 2018. I have experience working with children, adolescents, military personnel and families, and adults in outpatient, residential, in-home, school-based settings, drug court, IOP, and PHP levels of care. I am also a clinical supervisor as well and an ambassador for Project HEAL.
I utilize evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, ERP (exposure and response prevention therapy) and person-centered therapy within my therapy sessions. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, and mood disorders. I also have experience working with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, self-esteem issues, and substance use.
I am also trained in EMDR, ERP, DBT, eating disorder intuitive therapy, and family-based treatment for adolescents with anorexia nervosa, ARFID, and bulimia nervosa.

In my free time, I enjoy running and CrossFit training, music, going to the beach, shopping, being with my family and my dogs, and traveling to new countries.
Working with Robyn during my first KAP journey was something I’ll never forget. From the moment we began, I felt genuinely held—seen, accepted, and safe to just be myself. She didn’t try to fix or analyze; instead, she created a space where I could soften, feel, and explore without fear. Her grounded presence made it possible for me to let go of old defenses and meet myself with more honesty and compassion.
There was no pressure to be anything other than what I was in each moment. She created a holding environment that was steady, compassionate, and deeply attuned.
I’m grateful beyond words for the care, intuition, and integrity she brought to the process. Her support helped me remember that I can trust myself—and that I don’t have to do it all alone.
Forever grateful,
E H
