Therapeutic Approach

Drawing from Bowen Family Systems Theory and Gottman Method principles, Tiffany helps clients explore multigenerational patterns, strengthen communication, improve relationship functioning, and gain a deeper understanding of the relational influences that shape their experiences. She supports clients in developing greater autonomy, self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of connecting with others. Tiffany integrates CBT and DBT-informed strategies to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and more balanced thinking patterns, while also utilizing the ASAM dimensions of wellness to guide a holistic understanding of each client’s recovery and overall well-being. She is passionate about helping clients clarify future goals, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Personal Interests

Outside of the therapy room, Tiffany enjoys spending quality time with her family/friends and
staying connected through meaningful, everyday moments. She values creative outlets such as
crafting and reading, which allow her to unwind and express herself. She also enjoys going to
the beach, taking long walks, and getting her steps in as a way to stay active and grounded.
These activities help her maintain balance, recharge, and support her overall well-being.

What Clients Are Saying

Working with Robyn during my first KAP journey was something I’ll never forget. From the moment we began, I felt genuinely held—seen, accepted, and safe to just be myself. She didn’t try to fix or analyze; instead, she created a space where I could soften, feel, and explore without fear. Her grounded presence made it possible for me to let go of old defenses and meet myself with more honesty and compassion.

There was no pressure to be anything other than what I was in each moment. She created a holding environment that was steady, compassionate, and deeply attuned.

I’m grateful beyond words for the care, intuition, and integrity she brought to the process. Her support helped me remember that I can trust myself—and that I don’t have to do it all alone.

Forever grateful,

E H
