Educational Background:

Kimberly Rudolph completed her undergraduate education at Rutgers University and obtained a Master’s degree from Rutgers School of Social Work. She further honed her skills with post-graduate training at Walden House in Los Angeles, focusing on a Domestic Violence program for the incarcerated, and at CPC in New Jersey, working in an outpatient dual diagnosis program.

Kimberly has extensive experience working with children and their guardians, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings. Her practice uses a wide range of theoretical models, addressing issues such as substance abuse, PTSD from complex trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and adjustment disorders.

Kimberly employs a combination of Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). She is adept at using motivational interviewing techniques to assist individuals with substance abuse challenges. Her approach integrates mindfulness and body-awareness techniques, including guided meditation and grounding exercises, to enhance life satisfaction and alleviate mental health symptoms.
